To ensure that you are able to login using your mobile device, and are getting all your alert messages, consider the following as you go through the below guide:
1) If it has been awhile since you download and installed the app, try deleting it from your mobile device and re-installing from the app store.
2) Make sure that "Allow Notifications" are enabled on the settings of your mobile device.
3) Check the push notification settings in the app itself. Make sure the live room you wish to receive alerts from is enabled.
4) Sync alerts, if needed. If the "Click here to sync alerts from the cloud" message appears, tap on it to initiate sync.
5) Try the "refresh" icon at the top of the screen. There is also a search bar to look for specific alerts.
6) Check if your device and operating system, ie. OS, are supported by the app.
We highly recommend using the Simpler Trading mobile app to login to classes. Using a browser on your mobile device may not work properly.
